Welcome to the Client Case Availability Board
As part of SARA’s ongoing efforts to bring more options to our caregivers and improve communications, we have initiated this board. That way you will always be able to check if we have a new case that works for you and your schedule.
If you don’t see a case you like be sure to call the SARA Staffing Scheduling Coordinator at 516-837-3388. Open cases are added continuously throughout the week and you might grab one you like before they are even posted.

Additional Important Information
For planned vacations and other absences, please let SARA know at least 21 days in advance so Staffing can provide coverage for your client.
For last minute absences or if you are delayed getting to a client, please call STAFFING IMMEDIATELY AT 516-837-3388. Text messages, emails, and voicemails are not acceptable as a substitute for speaking with the Staffing Coordinator.
Finally, don’t forget to clock-in and clock-out when you’re on a case. It is required by law so SARA can pay you properly for your hours.
