As an employee of SARA Companions Homecare Services, you must adhere to the following guidelines: (Initial here)

• Caregivers are required to be neat and clean at all times. A clean uniform consisting of solid or multi colored scrubs, printed smocks, sneakers and closed toe shoes must be worn. (Initial)

• Finger nails must be short, smooth and clean. (Initial)

• Wear little or no make-up. (Initial)

• Hair must be neat and clean. (Initial)

• Facial hair must be short, neat and clean. (Initial)

• No visible tattoos and excessive piercings. (Initial)

• No large jewelry. (Initial)

• Tight, baggy, torn, stained, or revealing clothes should not be worn.i.e. shorts, short skirts, low cut blouses and see through fabrics (Initial)

• Proper personal habits include bathing or showering daily, and the use of deodorant or anti-perspirant. (Initial)

• Wearing perfume, cologne, after shave or scented soap, shampoo or lotion is not permitted. (Initial)

• Wearing a uniform from another agency while working with a SARA Companions Homecare Services client is not permitted. (Initial)
