To help you become familiar with SARA Companion Home Care Services, we have prepared this handbook. We believe that it is important to communicate our policies and expectations; and throughout this handbook, we will familiarize you with the privileges, benefits and responsibilities of being an employee of SARA Companion Home Care Services. Please understand that this handbook only summarizes our policies and practices. It is not meant to be a comprehensive description of every policy and procedure. It is intended to serve as a guide and does not constitute a contract of employment.
